 • You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another with your tracking info once it ships.
 • For high-heat drops or sales, processing might take an extra 1–2 business days due to demand.

Shipping Options & Rates

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the carrier’s hands. Viralentic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments — but we’ll always do what we can to help you track it down.

We currently don’t ship to PO boxes or certain countries due to carrier limitations. If your order is affected, our team will contact you ASAP.
